Confectionery masters do their best for the lovers of sweets in GARDENcity Restaurants.

Jakub Ćwikliński - last year’s champion of Poland in artisan ice cream and an apprentice of such masters as Antonio Bachour, Frank Haasnoota, Paweł Mieszała and Michał Doroszkiewicz. Jakub himself conducts trainings for young confectioners and develops unique confectionery recipes. The other of the masters is Mariusz Górecki - winner of the Polish Ice Cream Championship 2019, the holder of 2nd place in the qualifiers for the finals of the Chocolate Chef Competition Valrhona 2018 and the Confectionery Championship Best Pastry Chef 2016. Mariusz is constantly improving his culinary knowledge, and one of his recent achievements is the 1st place in the qualifiers to the Chocolate Chef Competition Valrhona 2019 finals.
